The purpose of this form is to document the economic impact our collaboration has on your grant award success. The information provided will be reviewed by our internal grant consultant leadership and used exclusively for internal purposes. Our consultants are reputable and established Grants Research and Development firm. No information reviewed or proposals prepared by the Consultant will be shared with any other entity. The contents of this client assessment form will be held in the strictest confidence by the consultants. We will not disclose or use your individual data without your prior permission. Prospective clients should be aware, however, that grant applications funded by a governmental entity or public foundation are considered public information and can be legally released to anyone by the funding source.

NCW ‘GRANTS’ & ASSOCIATES, PLLC in Surprise, Arizona is headed by Dr. Nelly Clotter-Woods. Having been in the nonprofit industry for more than 10 years, she has the knowledge and skill to help you with your needs. She has made writing and managing grants full-time work.
About Our Owner
Dr. Nelly Clotter-Woods has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than 10 years. Locally, Dr. Nelly worked as a child protective specialist, an adjunct professor for 7 years and in not for profit agencies where she helped with various grant activities for programs including research, program development, evaluation, and sustainability plans. Currently, her consulting firm, NCW Grants & Associates, PLLC, helps nonprofits develop a creative research-based curriculum appropriate to the needs of their nonprofit through grant research, grant writing, and strategic planning.
Nelly holds a Ph.D. in Business, Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Capella University and an MA in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has been a member of the Grants Professional Association since 2018.
